There is also a porch the entire length of the house with 5 rocking chairs and 2 bench swings. The main living area on the 2nd floor (3rd story) contains the main kitchen and dining area, a large living room with adjacent sunroom. A balcony off dining area is perfect for relaxing and viewing the sunset. This floor also contains the “bunk house” with 4 single beds and 2 double beds. Lake Wateree is a rural lake with less traffic. Depending on the time of year you’ll have the choice of to up to 6 boat-up restaurants. Voted in the top 8 lakes in the state for fishing, with several tournaments annually. Boat 9 miles in one direction or 12 in the other direction. The Lake Wateree State Park is noted for bird watching and trails. Two catering companies available for delivery. 2 public golf courses within a half hour. Clay shooting 45 minutes away.
