The front of the house faces the ocean and is 100 steps to the Beach. The home has an open floor plan design with double porches on the front and back side of the house with rocking chairs. The house is finished in tile and hardwood flooring throughout, no carpet.

The kitchen was designed with entertainment in mind as it has a custom made dining room table that seats 10 comfortably, granite counter tops, dual ovens, a large professional gas grill, dual dish washers, 1 ice machine, top loading stainless refrigerator, 6′ butcher block island with seating, wet bar and plenty of seating and storage. There is also a cooking center outside which includes a grill, deep fryer along with seating and an outdoor fireplace.

The home is designed to house many guests with its 7 Bedrooms which include, 3 Master Suites with king size beds and open showers, 3 hot water heaters, separate heating and air for climate control up and down stairs. All Bedrooms & Baths open to the outside. All but one bedroom have their own walk in closets and private bath. There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, 2 Refrigerators & an ice maker.

The rental comes with Kayaks, 4-seater gas powered golf cart and a private dock. We are located on Tarpon directly across from beach access. Amenity cards not included.
